Privacy & accessibility
How the contact forms work, what happens when you send a message, and how to get help using this site.
Sending a message
The contact forms send your details to [email protected] through Cloudflare’s email service. Jim uses the details you provide to respond to your inquiry. You can also contact him by phone or email instead of using a form.
Cloudflare and the recipient’s email provider process the message. The website does not store the message body or save it in browser storage. To limit spam and repeated sends, the service keeps keyed, non-readable identifiers and submission timestamps for up to 24 hours. These are separate from Cloudflare’s technical request logs and the email retained in the recipient’s mailbox.
Share only what is needed to begin. Do not include account numbers or sensitive documents. For questions about a submission, contact Jim at the address above.
Hosting and traffic
Cloudflare hosts this site and processes technical request information, which can include an IP address, to deliver and protect it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. This site does not add advertising pixels, session recording, or analytics scripts.
Your choices
You can call instead of using a form. For questions about a message you sent, retention, access, or deletion, contact Jim at (209) 481-8346 or [email protected]. Transaction records may be subject to brokerage and legal recordkeeping requirements.
Accessibility
The site includes keyboard navigation, labeled forms, image descriptions, and reduced-motion support. If a page or control is difficult to use, call or email Jim and describe the problem and the information you need.
