Jim Lanatti

We met Jim in 2008 when he helped us buy a property. When we were ready to sell, even though we have friends who work in real estate, it was no question we were working with Jim again.

Jim has handled 2 purchases and 3 sales for us over the years and as crazy as it is to say, and knowing how stressful (and exciting) the process is, but we really enjoyed the whole transaction.

At this point, being empty nesters, we don't plan to buy or sell again, but if we do? We're calling Jim.

Jim recently helped me buy a home in Santa Rosa Ca. This was my first time buying a home, and Jim's expertise and advice was invaluable. Jim was extremely helpful, and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. Jim understood we had a short window to close and made it his first priority to ensure we got our keys in time. Jim is willing to do what it takes to make sure his clients are satisfied.

For the second time in 10 months I have had the pleasure and good fortune of working with Jim Lanatti as both a seller and a buyer. Jim was amazing. I could not have had a better experience. He advocated for me, he gave me timely and welcome advice. He was informative. He explained the process in a way I could understand. Jim knows his stuff, from having a good working relationship with the various other parties to knowledge of comparisons. He went to bat for me when I needed help. He helped me navigate the tricky loan process. I feel like I got the home of my dreams because of Jim.

We must have looked at 25 houses and sent Jim listings almost daily over the course of months trying to find our dream home. While we were touring the homes, Jim listened to every detail, like and dislike. At the end of our search after filtering through countless listings, when we were ready to settle, Jim found us the perfect home that checked off every single box. We couldn't let this one slip away.

Jim guided us through writing a competitive offer that stood out in today's maket (no easy feat) and successfully got our offer accepted that same day! Jim was with us every step of the way; through renegotiations and inspections, clearly laying out every possibility.

This is our second purchase with Jim and won't be our last!
